about "ilha das flores"

 "Ilha das flores" is a brazilian documental created in 1989. Is very interesting how it is buildng, because is very fast and very short documental (only takes 13 minutes), but it contents impressive information about other way of slavery.  It shows, like if it were a fictional reality, the truth of a place in Brasil where the people eat trash ande weste of others.
 The documental starts saying "this is not a fiction, gods not exist" with a unusual staging. Also it is interesting how interweave the elements for the construction and development of discourse. It Pass for tomatoes and babel tower and explain what is a human, what is a tomatoe and what is an animal for show the real human condition and the effects of capitalism,
 Maybe, for some people this documental is too much ironic and dreadful. I think it is very ironic, is true, but it is very interesting because take at humans like stupid animals and explain with apples and pears the stupid and terrible situation of world capitalism. This reality can be comparated with many other situation of poor, declain and social injustice what keep exist.

Something about the spring and plants

I like the spring because smell swett, begin to be more hot days and the plants bloming. Also, thanks to rain or humidity of winter, in the spring begins to grow other plants. They are known like "malezas" or "malas hierbas". That plants are not consider because the minority of people be ignorant about they. In the spring grow some of the hundred type of this plants and we can found them in the street.
 For example, if we open the eyes, in the street we can found some of them. Here, three of the most growing plants in santiago during the spring.
 I think that the knowledge of plants ir very important for life, because that's the medicine of nature and life.

"Malva silvestre", this plant help in antiinflammatory process and is very good when we've cough (is very curious realize about the appropiate moment when the plants begin to grow).

This plant is very popular because many people have played blowing the "cipselas" in air.
 Is a powerful purify the liver and can be eat in salads or drinking like infusion.







                                                                               
  "Bolsita de Pastor" is the name of this plant. Grow at the height of grass and it has shape of heart with very little withe flowers. We can use it for regulate the menstrual period. Is a hemostatic plant, be use it for controlate any kind of bleed.

Paloma's photo

Hello!... today i'm going to write about this photo what i love it. I took it with a little camera in summer's 2014. The persons in the photo are my brothers Ivano and Bruno. We were in the Paloma's mountain near from Santiago in a place named "yerba loca". I like this photo because we see a old glacier and his big steep. Also, i love this photo for a place what represent.

This is a very beautiful and big mountain valley (now administrate for the lo barnechea's municipality). I think this park are very important for many reasons. First, for a personal reason: i was in there many times when i was child, that's a place of my childhood where happened many things and moments with my family (my parents and brothers). Secondly, i consider that palce is very divers in flora and fauna. There are lives many species of animals like different kind of birds, fox, vizcacha, cóndor, hare and many kind of rodent. Also we found many kind of medicinal plants like "yerba loca", "culantro de la montaña", "toronjil cuyano", "cuye colorado", etc.
 Other reason because i consider that place important is for the mountains and the water. The principal drinking fountain of santiago come from that mountains (which can see from the city, perfectly from plaza italia to the orient) this is the place where come from the "rio mapocho", when this is a clean water recently thaw from the ice. The yerba loca's valley is entrance for the most bigs mountian from the central region of Chile. Since there we can walk to the enormous glaciers what stay in there since millions years ago and that's very amazig spectacle because is another world very cold, very inhospitable. The majority of people think that if you want to see a impressionant glacier you have to travel far away. They don't know that around Santiago are one of most amazing land of ice of America.
 Lamentably, (and like happened with many important places or things in Chile) 21 of that enormous glaciers are selling to the business for take advantage of the minery. That is a very impact what mean the future destruction of the glaciars and of course destruction of water. ¿Which could be the future drinking fountain of Santiago if the state of chile sell the principal element for life?.

About the things i have enjoyed

Hello!

My name is Luna Valle. Today i going to write about the things i have enjoyed this semester studying in the university. First, i have to say that i'm studying dance and i have classes all days a week. This semester i have enjoyed the job in general, but i have a lesion in my back, that prevent me deliver and release all my body during the movement. This semester i have been working with principal supports (the feet) paying attention in the contact with floor and feeling my own weight. This are things i have been to progress in the technical contents, and i have enjoyed very much. Also, i have been to practice movements in the three dimensions of space in the subject "seminarios de técnicas corporales", and i've enjoyed very much because i realize that there are more possibilities of movement if we know apply this content.
 I think to enjoy dancing is necessary feel good with yourself, with your body (without lesions) and feel safe on you feet like supports because this's the bases to move.

About technology and bike.

 Hello.
Today i have to write about technology. I think the technology in necessary in a certain way. Sometimes the technology is truly a requirement but a majority of times the technology is a created necessity by the publicity for the people buy things and think that the life is impossible without that things.  I think the technology is a supperficial aspect of life, that surrender social status. In my case, i do not want to buy things beyond my basic necessities. For these rason i do not have computer, modern cell phone, car, etc. My favourite piece of technology is a bike. I ride on bike since i was a little child for travel to the school. I have had many bikes in my life. The bike i got in present i bought in last year. I used my bike all days to go to the university. I ride along the city always. If i have to go far away like los dominicos or cerrillos, i ride my bike too, and i love it!!...because i get to used the bike since many years ago. I like to ride my bike because is a mean of transport with many positives aspects. I like to feel the wind in my skin; smell the city; feel the speed;  play with the balance and avoid the cars. I like ride bike because i arrive very fast to anywhere, and i traveling free without pay. I like to ride on bike because i do exercise, because the bike is very quite and i do not pollute the air. I think that the life in the city would be most terrible than the present if the bike does not exist. I can imagine all the pollution, all the street full cars, all the people very angry because can not cross and walk free... A poor quality of life. If the bike does not exist, a daily could be too much difficult to live than now. No more cars!!

Presentation

 Hello everyone!!... i'm luna, but i don't live in the sky, i live in the earth, precisely in the center of santiago of Chile. I have been living here all my life. I was born in this city, but i've been in different places and houses, with different persons too (with my parents, my brother, my cousin, friends, known persons and others not so well known too). Since 2006 i decided live differently because i have ideas about life very different like the common. I began to live in abandoned homes and doing a life without pay for everything (because i think we come into the world to live and not to pay). All these years has been beautiful: i have enjoyed every single day, without work (not too much) solving the life doing different things to send (like food, for example).  Although i think that the work DON'T DIGNIFY ANYONE (because i think that the humans are slaves of the work. The humans have enslaved to pay and buy things all life until the dead)  i also discovered that anyway i need some money to survive in this "cement jungle".
 The experience of live in community has been very interesting for me, this has allowed me learn to observe how human relationships are; how i want to interact with people; how the world's work; what i want for my life and what i don't want sharply (like believed in god;  marry me;  have a car; work all day; pay bills; buy industrial food; buy the water; vote for any candidate, etc). I belive that many ways that support that society are lies, and of course that i don't belive in that proposal "happy life" of the television. I think some persons think that i am very radical... i answered that people: i want to live life in freedom and here only are lies, iniquities and a superficial way to see the pass for this planet earth. I hope leave this city soon, i don't want to wait to rot me for think "is time to live the life".
